Dr CJH (Johan) Coetzee

Dr Johan Coetzee started his consulting and contracting career 25 years ago and gained his experience in various industries, including Defence, Government, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Mining – at both strategic and operational levels. He has a PhD in Leadership and Change and has proven himself in Organisational Development and Change Enablement projects, using blended models, and has a strong set of skills supporting all facets of these type of projects.

Herman Thom

Herman Thom

Herman has spent several years in the retail and related wholesale environment in various management positions. He joined the Small Business Advisory Bureau (SBAB) in 1993 as a senior management consultant in the commercial section.
Over a period of 30 years, Herman has been involved in the development and consulting of a large number of businesses in the SMME sector in Southern African countries (RSA, Botswana, Namibia to name a few) and in particular the fuel retail and hospitality sectors.
Herman is passionate about people and uplifting the SMME sector and brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the sector.
Over a period of 30 years, he has been involved in the development and presentation of a large number of business and management skills training and consulting programmes to SMMEs and in particular the fuel retail and hospitality industry. He wrote several course manuals and articles covering a large spectrum of business and management topics
